Cancellations

written notice is required indicating your intent to cancel.
Substitutions are accepted up to the day of the conference.
Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 20% of
your conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued
on cancellations received after September
21,
2009, or for conference 'no shows'. Please send all cancellations

Accommodations
The Westin
Calgary has
been designated the official host hotel for the Canadian
Resort Investment Conference. To take advantage of the special
conference rates, you must make your hotel reservation before
October 7, 2009.
After
October 7, 2009 the
official room block will be released and the hotel may charge
significantly higher rates. Reservations can be made by contacting
the hotel directly through their local or 1-800 number. Please
quote Canadian Resort Investment Conference to receive the
conference rate and be sure to record your confirmation number.
